Context

Brands running live sales needed to surface product, capture intent, and respond to chat without breaking the cadence of the broadcast.

Research

01 / 02

20+ broadcasts watched, plus host and viewer interviews. The frictions weren't features — they were moments: the half-second a host's eyes flicked off camera, the lag between "I want that" and "I bought that."

Solution

02 / 02

Two surfaces, both tuned to keep attention on the host: a presenter cockpit for one-glance control, and a viewer overlay built for impulse — a spotlight product card the host triggers with a tap, plus a reaction stream and quick-buy that never pull viewers out of the video.

Reflection

"Live commerce rewards designs that protect attention. Every interaction had to earn its place against "don't pull the viewer out of the moment.""
